NOTICE CONCERNING THE RETURN OF CIVIL TRIAL EXHIBITS
In accordance with the rules adopted by the Supreme Court of Florida, the clerk of circuit court may return exhibits entered into non-criminal case types when 90 days have expired following a final judgment or a final action is entered closing the case file and no appeal is taken. If you are a party, or an attorney for a party, to any non-criminal action that was finalized before May 1, 2017 you may claim the exhibits entered in a hearing or trial. Mortgages and notes entered in foreclosure actions along with wills, and codicils are exempted from this notice. Please contact the clerk of court at the address listed below to make arrangements to pick up your exhibits. Any party to a case or their attorney may claim the exhibits. Any exhibits that meet the above description not claimed after September 30, 2017 will be destroyed without further notice.
