Our Customer Service department provides assistance with the following services:

Your Okaloosa County Clerk offers easy to use interactive forms through TurboCourt.  TurboCourt makes the task of filling out forms easier to understand and helps you get it right the first time.  There is a $10.00 fee to use TurboCourt to complete your filing.

Forms approved by the Supreme Court are available online through the Florida Courts Family Law Forms.

Pro Se litigants will need to complete the form as a Notice of Change of Mailing Address or Designated Email or a Request To Be Excused From Email Designation.

Divorce

Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage with Children

Requirements

Either party may obtain a checklist of the forms from the Clerk’s Office required for filing an uncontested dissolution of marriage. They may also be accessed and completed through the online forms program TurboCourt.

  • All forms must be completed, some by the husband and some by the wife.
  • Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
  • Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
  • Both you and your spouse must attend a sanctioned parenting class.
Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage without Children

Requirements

Either party may obtain a checklist of the forms from the Clerk’s Office required for filing an uncontested dissolution of marriage. They may also be accessed and completed through the online forms program TurboCourt.

    • All forms must be completed, some by the husband and some by the wife.
    • Either you or your spouse must have been a Florida resident for the past six months.
    • Both you and your spouse must agree on the division of all property and the payment of all obligations.
    • You have no children under the age of 18 who were born during the marriage.
    • The wife is not pregnant.

Child Support:

General Info

The Clerk’s Family Services (part of our Customer Service team) works in partnership with State of Florida agencies to receive, report, monitor and disburse child support and alimony payments.  It is the official record keeper for the Florida State Disbursement Unit (FLSDU) and maintains the records of court-ordered obligations, i.e., child support, alimony, and arrearages, for these cases.

Make payments payable to Florida State Disbursement Unit.  To ensure your payment is processed timely, clearly print the following information on your payment:

  • Non-custodial parent’s name
  • Social Security number of the non-custodial parent
  • County Code: #46
  • 11-digit case number

Address Changes

If your case is handled by the Dept of Revenue, contact them directly at (850)488-5437 to change your address AND submit your change of address in writing to the Clerk’s office at:

If your case is not involved with the Dept of Revenue and you receive monies through the FLSDU, contact the FLSDU at (877)769-0251 and follow the prompts to affect your address change with their entity. Additionally, submit your address in writing to the Clerk’s office at the address noted above.

Receiving Child Support/Alimony Payments

If your child support case is involved with the Dept of Revenue, you have the option to receive your payments by direct deposit to your financial institution or by having monies deposited to a smiONE Visa Prepaid Card.  You can establish or update your direct deposit information, as well as enroll or update your information for the smiOne card, by contacting the Dept of Revenue at (850)488-5437 or visit their website at https://floridarevenue.com/childsupport.

If your case is not involved with the Dept of Revenue, you may receive your payments by direct deposit to your financial institution or paper check. Visit https://www.paykidz.com/fl/dashboard/ to establish or update your direct deposit information.  If you choose to receive your payments by check, your monies will be mailed to the address on file with the Clerk’s office.  Keep your mailing address updated with the Clerk’s office to avoid delays through the postal process.
