Pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the final meeting of the 2020 Okaloosa County Value Adjustment Board will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. CST, in the Okaloosa County Administrative Building, 1250 N. Eglin Parkway, Shalimar, FL, in the Commission Chambers.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the recommendations of the Special Magistrates, authorize execution of the final decision forms, certify the 2020 Assessment Roll, advertise the Notice of Tax Impact of VAB, and authorize payment of the Magistrate’s invoices.
Okaloosa County adheres to the American Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to these hearings upon request. Requests may be made to the County Commission office (850-689-5000, 3412) and must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing in order to provide the requested service.
