Public Record Searches: No Travel Time – View records and print from home or office via website.
Historical Records: Created Archives and History Center and display located in the courthouse lobby. Records are currently being conserved by digital preservation.
Court Records: Going GREEN moving toward a paperless environment with E-filing (electronic) of court documents and court appeals. Electronic public access to court and public records.
Redaction: Redaction process removes all personal vital information from Public Records and Court filings to ensure confidentiality and help prevent identity theft.
Clerk Self-Help Access: Designated computer for public access of Public and Court records searches and West Law Legal searches.
Records Disaster Recovery: County records are protected and secured at a certified records storage facility. Daily computer data backup is stored at a secured off site facility.
Record Filing: No Wait – Records are scanned and recorded, instantly filed, original documents returned to you and available for view on the website.
