How far back do official records go on the Clerk’s website?

This week’s FAQ: How far back do official records go on the Clerk’s website?
A: Official Records can be searched from the public records link from January 1, 1983 to present.
Documents recorded prior to 1983 may be searched by selecting the “Alpha Index” at the top of the page. Once you have obtained the book and page number from the Alpha Index you may then search it on the main public records search page.
